I'll have to try out the solar oven idea in summer...

easy would be to take a can or soda bottle, cut the top off and poke some holes into the bottom and use it as a flowerpot. You can use the top half of the soda bottle as a funnel. You can make juggling clubs from recycled material:http://www.jugglingdb.com/compendium/skills/equipment/making/otherprops/green-clubs.html

You could use old or advertisement CDs and make reflectors out of it to sew onto a jacket or even put onto your bike. I've seen CD's used to chase birds away from fruit trees (don't know how well that works, but must work for some people, otherwise they wouldn't do it.). You definitely could use them as coasters. You can make bowls out of old records (there are plenty of easily found instructions how to do this on the internet).

Obviously you can do a lot using paper mache. You can make shelves or a nightstand out of old corrugated cardboard boxes. If you design properly even chairs or stools.

If you need more ideas google recycled crafts, and look through the links.

Make a small kitchen rug for status on at the same time as doing the dishes - this facilitates your feet and back and removes the surplus grocery baggage. basically decrease the plastic sacks into strips and crochet into an rectangle or oval. If it gets grimy - basically sleek it out in the tub tub or perhaps by using it by using the washing device once you're doing towels or different heavy wash -- do no longer dry - basically shake out and placed it back.

requires 1 aluminum can (emptied - LOL)

1 portion of a wire clothes hanger (longer than the can is tall)

remove the tab to the can and donate it to Ronald McDonald Houses

with wire cutters (and gloves) cut 1/4 of the can away -

down to the 'bottom' and indent as far as the opening on the top end

wash can and wire hanger clean

take (1) hot dog and place on wire hanger

place wire hanger in slot in can

place in sunlight

TADA - you have a solar oven

all the best
