For a project I am trying to make a longhouse. But I cant find an idea. I want this project to be simple but great looking. It has to be 3-D. Any help?

You don't say what scale you want to build in so it's hard to give really specific instructions. However, you could easily make this long house:

out of paper and a little bit of balsa wood, white glue and paint.

Make a frame the size and shape you want out of the balsa wood. Cover it with sheets of some kind of bark paper.

Glue think strips of bark paper, painted balsa wood or twigs on your base frame create the outer frame. You could even use a tan/brown colored thread in places to make it look like the wood is lashed together.
