BJD hollowing? help please?

hi. i want to start making BJDs. ive been searching all over the net on how to get started but i just cant find anything specific on how to make the doll hollow and how to attach hooks. if anyone can answer this question with advice or websites, please do so and i ll greatly appreciate it. also i would like to keep in touch with who ever is knowledgeable about BJD. Thank You

I too am a beginner at making BJD's. I've been sculpting mine out of Sculpy's Living Doll clay, and to make it hollow you can sculpt the clay over an aluminum foil base. Sorry, though, I haven't gotten around to attaching hooks yet, so I can't help you there. Good luck!
