I really need to know this stuff. Will the fumes get inside of the walls of my oven? I'm really really paranoid right now. Can I still use it for baking food after?

Many people will buy an inexpensive toaster oven to fire their polymer clay. If you don't dedicate an oven for firing then I suggest you clean your oven after each firing if you will be cooking in it. The really dangerous time is if you happen to burn the clay by firing at a temperature that is too high (above 300F). Fumes are released and they may deposit on the walls of the oven and then release when the oven is used next.

Make sure you fire in a well ventilated area and use an oven thermometer for accurate firing temperatures.
